Canine Behavior Evaluation – Rescue Only (FAS 4–5)
Fearful, avoidant dog staying at back of kennel with shaking, whale eye, and low growls. Not social; moves away on approach. Handling not possible due to behavioral stress—growling, snapping at leash, required catch pole for safe transfer. Heavy stress response once contained. Dog is currently kenneled successfully with the dog it arrived with. Needs experienced rescue placement only.
