10/6/26 - Displays fearful postures (ears back, tail down, body low, backing up). Displays avoidance behaviors (turns head sideways, diverts eyes, etc.). Dog gives low growls and backs away when handler approaches kennel side. Dog displays fully body trembling and hiding behaviors. When the assist-a-hand was offered to sniff with peanut butter dog bit hand and retreated away. Dog is unsafe to handle at this time.
