Doggie Day Out:
Boss was around several kids (ages 3-6), not close enough to touch but about 5-6 feet away when we went to get lunch. He was very calm and didn't do much towards them even with them yelling "doggie, doggie!". When people were commenting about him and giving him attention he would try to go to them to get pet. He was super sweet and great with people, and even climbed into a lady's lap to get pet. He never barked at anyone.
Boss was very energetic and times and such a lover dog, he just wanted to get up into your face and lick you as much as possible. He was super friendly, affectionate, and any bit of a lap dog when we were relaxing. He loved being pet and had no problem with me picking him up to be put in the car. He would chase the ball when thrown but did not pick it up and really never put anything in his mouth or picked anything up that was around him, he seemed very curious just to sniff and explore.
Boss had no behavior concerns at all, he was very calm around other people, and never barked even once at anything. When he was excited he would jump on you but that quickly would stop.
Boss and I started our adventure with a walk and then met up with my family to go to lunch at Sellands on Broadway. He got lots of attention at the restaurant as we walked around and even got a few comments on his good behavior while we ate. He was very patient and sat under the table while we ate. We then went back to my apartment and went for a second walk before just relaxing at home so he could take a little nap

Boss' adoption fee has been paid for with a donation from Tim Pantle
