Description: My name is Chip and I am a neutered male, buff Domestic Shorthair.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 11 weeks old.
Weight: I weigh 2.94 lbs.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Apr 20, 2026.
THIS ANIMAL IS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION!
We are open 7 days a week from 12 pm – 5 pm for walk-in adoptions.
When you decide which animal you want to meet, join our virtual waitlist (follow instructions on the sign in front of the shelter to join using your phone).
If you don't have a smartphone, a staff member can put you on the waitlist after we open.
Came into foster at 2 weeks old with 3 siblings. Bottle fed until 5 weeks old. Sweetest little boy. Long buff color hair.
Summary of Personality: Chip is an easygoing light orange tabby with a sweet and friendly personality. He loves exploring his surroundings and satisfying his curiosity, but he’s just as happy being scooped up for cuddles and pets. He enjoys spending time with his siblings and plays well with everyone, He has a laid-back nature and affectionate heart with a perfect mix of playful and cuddly.
Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc): Has three siblings and two other litter mates. He does great with all the kittens.
Include any observations: Uses litter box and eat well, both wet and dry food. Currently eating Hills science diet kitten wet and dry.
