Chase is a sweet, gentle dog who was found running loose in the city of Lompoc. He clearly belonged to someone who cared for him — his calm demeanor, friendly nature, and ability to walk beautifully on leash all show he came from a loving home. Now he’s hoping to be reunited with his family. If you recognize Chase or think you might know where he belongs, please share his photo with your neighbors in Lompoc. Getting the word out could help bring him back to the people he misses. His stray hold will be ending soon, and if his family isn’t found, Chase will be available for adoption. He’s a dog who would much rather be with people than in the shelter, and he lights up whenever someone stops to say hello. Whether he’s reunited with his original family or finds a new forever home, Chase deserves to be back in a warm, loving place.
