Meet Sunny! Sunny is a sweet, gentle Pit Bull who may take some time to warm up, but once she trusts you, she loves deeply. She’s looking for someone who understands that the best relationships take time and is willing to go at her pace and let her build trust on her own terms. Sunny does best with female owners or caregivers and calm, patient people who will give her the time and space she needs to feel comfortable. She enjoys the company of other dogs, but she prefers low-key, calm canine friends rather than dogs who are constantly looking for attention or play. A mellow dog who is comfortable doing their own thing would be ideal for Sunny. This smart cookie already knows her basic obedience commands and enjoys learning. She absolutely loves her toys, especially squeaky ones, and will happily roll over for some well-deserved belly rubs once she feels comfortable with you. Sunny isn't looking for a fast-paced lifestyle or someone who expects an instant connection. She’s looking for a person who will be patient, consistent, and willing to earn her trust. Give her the time she needs, and you’ll discover a soft-hearted girl with so much love to give.
