Meet Mia, the Wild-Hearted Wonder! ????
Mia is a stunning 2-year-and-8-month-old Siberian Husky, possessing the spirit of a wild animal and the heart of a free soul. Those who know her describe her as a dog full of energy, confidence, and charm. She is always ready to run, explore, and play. Her advocate, who spends a lot of time with her and takes her out for walks almost daily, shared:
"This is her three favorite things to do. Pool party, running, and lizard hunting."
Mia has been at the shelter since she was a puppy, so it is the only lifestyle she has ever known. Her transition to a home will require time, patience, consistent training, and plenty of love. She needs to learn how to manage her enthusiasm and the impulse of using her mouth to communicate sometimes. She is passionate about adventures, whether it’s hitting the trails, sprinting across open fields, or chasing her doggy friends. She can be a bit selective when it comes to choosing her companions, but once she forms a bond, she is an absolute sweetheart, letting her playful side shine.
Mia is as wild as she is affectionate. She brings excitement and joy to everyone lucky enough to know her.
