I am a neutered male, gray and white Siberian Husky.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 7 months old.
Weight: I weigh approximately 55.20 lbs.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Nov 29, 2025.
I am waiting to meet you at 5473 Overpass Rd, Santa Barbara. Come visit me between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
Dash is a stunning young husky with unforgettable heterochromia and a baby-soft coat that turns heads everywhere he goes. Shelter life has been tough on this active boy—he has a lot of energy and nowhere to channel it—but put another dog by his side and you’ll see him completely transform. His stress melts away, his confidence grows, and his happy, playful personality shines through.
Dash would thrive in a home with another fun-loving dog to be his built-in best friend. He’s done wonderfully with both male and female dogs and enjoys group play. With canine companionship, he’s truly a joy to have around.
In the home, Dash is already checking all the right boxes: he’s potty trained, comfortable in a crate, and once he warms up, very affectionate with his people. His overnight foster reported zero counter surfing or destructive behavior—paired with another dog, he was an absolute dream.
Like most young huskies, Dash is still working on his leash manners. He can be a puller and is very eager to say hello to other dogs (enthusiasm over manners!), but he’s friendly and doesn’t bark.
Dash is ready to leave the shelter behind and start his next chapter—could that be with you and a canine sibling?
