Description: My name is Toasted Almond* and I am an unaltered male, orange tabby Domestic Shorthair.
Age: The shelter staff think I am about 9 weeks old.
More Info: I have been at the shelter since Jun 25, 2026.
You may adopt me as soon as I am spayed or neutered!
Come meet these yummy ice-cream flavored kittens they are so sweet. This tasty group has the cutest variety you may not be able to stop at just one. Right now these cuties are working on their social skills they are a little shy but they are warming up and ready to melt your heart. Come down to the shelter for a scoop of cuteness.
These kittens are available for preadoption and can go home after their spay/neuter surgery.
Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
