1 Year 10month old Pit/Sharpei mix in need of urgent rescue placement. Sassy has shown reactivity toward medical staff and certain women during her stay at the shelter including most recently, lunging toward a medical staff member's face and air snapping when they were standing in front of her to examine her skin. Sassy has done great other staff members and volunteers that shes familiar with and has shown a very affectionate personality, but otherwise has proven difficult to continue to care for due to her inconsistent reactivity.
