Geriatric intact male Miniature poodle in need of rescue. Blood work showed inflammation and mild nonregenerative anemia. He has dermatitis/skin changes. He has a left-sided heart murmur with marginal/minimal left atrial enlargement radiographically. He also has an enlarged prostate, suspected BPH on in-house ultrasound but cannot rule out other benign or malignant causes of prostagomegaly at this time. He has severe dental disease and is in need of a dental cleaning and extractions. He also has a firm, nonmobile approximately 2.5 cm diameter subcutaneous mass on his ventral abdomen, cytology is pending. Osteoarthritis and sponydlosis changes noted on radiographs in shoulders, elbows, spine.
