This energetic young dog is full of playful spirit and curiosity, making him a wonderful companion for an active family. Tarius is a smart boy who knows basic commands and comes when called reliably. He’s excellent at playing with toys and is highly motivated by treats, which makes training a rewarding experience. While he is still learning to walk nicely on a leash and needs some guidance with human interaction, he has made great progress and responds well to consistent training. This friendly pup gets along well with both male and female dogs, though he does have some food reactivity and should be fed separately. Tarius is potty trained and kennel trained, showing he’s well on his way to being a well-mannered member of the household. He enjoys affection and seeks it out, making him a loving companion who thrives on positive attention. Tarius is best suited for a home with a secure 6-foot fence to accommodate his jumping tendencies and a committed walker who can keep up with his high energy level. He does well with men, women, and children but is not suitable for homes with cats.
