For more information about a specific animal contact the specific shelter or rescue the animal is located at. This is a national website which does not house any animals and therefore can not answer questions about availability or temperament of specific animals. We do not keep historical information about animals that were listed on the website at one time. We will not be able to respond to these inquiries.

If you see an animal being abused, mistreated, neglected, or any other detrimental behavior, call your local police station or Animal Care and Control office immediately.
