Meet Foxy, a beautiful lady who is looking for a ticket out of the kennel! Though her face is a bit frosted, Foxy wants to remind you not to judge a book by its cover. Estimated to be around 6 years, she is still a bright, happy, curious, spunky pup.
This middle-aged gal really enjoys her time outside, where she can enjoy some sun and peace and quiet away from the hubbub of the kennel. She likes to sniff and explore on walks, or to spend a little time bopping around a fenced-in yard with some toys or saying hi to passersby. She also likes to take plenty of breaks to hang out and watch the world go by together. She may not always be the most exuberant in her greetings with new people, but hers is a calm, warm form of companionship that seems like it would only deepen with time.
Foxy seems like a dog who used to have a home, and she must be missing it. She picks up quickly on a routine. She consistently does her business outside so we believe she is housebroken. She knows how to sit and can give paw, at least when the mood is right. With other dogs in play group, she was social with a softer/gentler vibe. We believe she would do best in a home without cats.
